AGOSTINOGIGLIO.COM Rules

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 AgostinoGiglio.com is a friendly place where I share my music passion with you,
where we can talk about music in a relaxing way and having fun! :-)
1.2 Forum has its Rules to respect.
1.3 Administrator – who takes care about right forum activity.
1.4 Moderators – members assigned by the Administrator to control all users respect forum Rules.
1.5 User – any member registered on the forum.


2. GENERAL RULES
2.1 Registering on the forum, the user fully accept the Rules in ech of its parts.
2.2 These Rules can be modified and/or updated by Administrator with no preadmonition.
2.3 Users' messages express exclusively the view point of their authors.
Administrator doesn't shoulder any responsability for users' messages.
2.4 Administrator and Moderators let respect these Rules exclusively about their common sense.
2.5 The user, sending its own artworks pictures via upload in the "FANS ARTWORKS" section of the forum gallery,
grants Administrator the right to
use, modify and publish
these uploaded artworks pictures
on any media support with no limitation
for any purpose, including commercial or advertising.
2.6 User agree to not use this forum or any part of it for commercial purposes.
2.7 Since dynamical nature of the forum and its constant mutation, check out every message is impossible, so could happen some message stay online before its elimination.
Moderators and Administrator are no responsible about forum messages content.
2.8 User is considered the only responsible of violations possibly performed through
this forum.


3. BEHAVIOR RULES
3.1 AgostinoGiglio.com is a friendly and relaxing place, constituted by civil persons, respectful to each other.
3.2 Before posting anything, user has to read FAQ

4. PRIVACY
4.1 Your privacy is guaranteed:
nobody will have your personal info.
I could send you emails sometime as newsletter,
but NOBODY will have access to your email address.
I promise you


5. WILL BE NO TOLERATED:
5.1 Post meant to offend any other user, in an offensive or inflammatory way.
5.2 Discrimination of any kind, incitement to violence and war, pedophilia propagandize.
5.3 Flame wars, trolling, spam, sarcasm.
5.4 Inappropriate messages with forum thematics.
5.5 Obviously unfriendly attitudes or contestation positions toward forum Moderators and 5.6 Instigating to Rules violation just for break relaxing and peaceful active forum partecipation.
5.7 User having multiple accounts. Each user can partecipate to the forum with just one registering.
5.8 Posting or asking for websites links containing illegal stuff or copyrighted materials!
5.9 Promotion (public or via PM, or otherwise) not authorized by Administrator.
Administrator will decide with his own common sense when that's considered a promotional message.
5.10 Users can't give advices/express own opinions about post moderation.
Except if you want report an offensive (for you o for the Community) post: in this chance, please use the "Report to Moderator" button, so a Moderator will decide about what to do


6. NETIQUETTE
6.1 Please, write in english: each one deserves to understand what we're talking about
6.2 No sms language: try using proper spelling and grammar, please:) (no problem if you do some grammar mistake sometimes...important is you do your best to be comprehensible
6.3 No capital letters messages, no cross-posting.
6.4 Try to help each others - don't always leave it to me - so help a beginner if you see them ask a simple question...
6.5 I recommend you to post your profile in section "Present yourself" and to give a happy welcome to every new member there!


7. POSTING
7.1 Before start a new thread, do a quick search to check if the question has been asked before!
7.2 Make the Subject as clear as possible. No generic title such as "Help!" or "Urgent!"
7.3 Put just one question in one topic - otherwise it just gets confusing. By all means start 3 topics, don't be shy...
7.4 Please keep threads ON TOPIC. Off-topic messages in a thread will be deleted.
7.5 Not useful or superfluous thread will be deleted.
For any doubt, send a PM to the moderator before posting.
7.6 No wrong section posting.
7.7 No posts made just for comunicate with one other member. These posts will be deleted.

8. PENALTIES
8.1 Administrator is free to decide penalties according internal Rules in that moment.
8.2 Administrator/Moderators have the right to advice user not respecting the Rules
8.3 Administrator has the right to ban users not respecting the Rules.
8.4 A banned user can't register again on the forum with another nickname. If a banned user register again on the forum, and he's discovered by Moderators/Administrator, he'll be banned again. If this user keep on register, just for blocking the regular posts forum activity, we'll report this to the competent authorities.


9. CONTESTAZIONI
9.1 Moderators work is no arguable, and that can be judged just by the forum Administrator.
Any user problem has to be discussed with Moderator/Administrator privately via PM, no publicly. Each thread containing polemical discussions will be locked.
Users persisting in similar attitudes will be immediately  banned from the forum with uncontestable decision by the Administrator.





OTHER INDICATIONS
1. Nickname changes won't be performed, unless you don't provide a SERIOUS reason(for example: you made a mistake typing your nickname, you have problems because of using specials characters, etc).
The following are no valid reasons: you're bored of your nickname, it's old, you want capital the 1st letter, etc.


APPROVAL
Registering to the forum or writing yet just one post, registering user accept General Rules, Behavior Rules, and The Rules above, in in each of its parts.
